Early access

Aelvyn is in early development. An early-access request does not guarantee access to the product. Any early-access program will be covered by separate terms that we will share before you start.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, including the Aelvyn name, logo, text and design, belongs to Aelvyn and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" for general information. Product descriptions reflect our current plans and may change as we develop the product.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Aelvyn is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
