Why we started Aelvyn

Walk into almost any growing business in the UAE and you will find capable people spending their days on work that does not need them: copying invoice details into accounting software, chasing payments, answering the same customer questions on WhatsApp, and stitching together reports from several systems.

Large enterprises solve this with operations teams, consultants and expensive automation projects. Small and mid-sized businesses usually cannot. They make up most of the economy, yet they get the least help.

We believe AI agents change that. Agents can read documents, understand messages in English and Arabic, and work across the tools a business already uses. Combined with a person who approves the steps that matter, they can take on routine operations work safely.

Where we are today

We are building our first agents for finance operations and customer support, and we are opening early access to a small group of UAE businesses. Early-access customers help us decide which workflows and integrations come first.
