Questions we hear often
Who is Aelvyn for?
Small and mid-sized businesses in the UAE and GCC, typically 5 to 200 people, whose teams spend a lot of time on invoices, follow-ups, customer messages and reports.
Will the agents do things without my permission?
No. You decide what each agent may do on its own. Anything sensitive, such as sending a message to a customer, changing financial records or scheduling a payment, waits for your approval by default.
Is my data safe?
We build on AWS with encryption in transit and at rest, and access limited to what each agent needs. We do not sell your data or use it to train models for other customers. We are designing for in-region hosting in the UAE.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. English and Arabic support is a core design goal, for reading documents and for replying to customers.
Which tools does Aelvyn connect to?
We are building integrations for common email, accounting, CRM and messaging tools, including Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp Business, Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Xero. Early-access customers help decide what comes first.
How much will it cost?
We will share pricing with early-access customers before any commitment. Our aim is simple monthly plans that cost far less than the hours they save.
